After the shock of being arrested wears off, you have a lot of questions. The first question is usually which lawyer you should hire. You know you need a lawyer but may have no idea how to find the best lawyer for your situation.
You also have questions, such as:
- Is there a chance I’m going to jail?
- What impact is this going to have on my job?
- What should I tell my employer and family?
- How long is this process going to take?
- Is there a chance I can get this off my record?
The sooner you get these questions answered the better you are going to feel. The longer you wait the more stress you are putting on yourself and your family. And there’s a good chance that what you are imaging is going to happen is far worse than what is likely to happen.
You owe it to yourself to get those questions answered. This is not something that gets better with time. The sooner you take action to take control of the situation, the better off you will be.

It is never a good thing when someone has to arrange for legal representation. I chose Walter Reaves because of my interaction with Brittany Bell. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She was up front and direct with their cost and there were no surprises. They acted quick and effective and kept me up to date on my case. They were so welcoming and personable. I worked directly with Brinda Guerra and she was amazing. She was always available when I had questions and got back to me same day. I would 100% recommend this firm to anyone seeking a criminal defense lawyer. I truly had a 5 star experience. Allie
Working with Mr. Reaves and his staff was a very good experience. Brittany was very knowledgeable and provided support throughout the case. They kept us updated and were always available to answer questions. Thank you for the resolution you got for my daughter. Lora
I didn't use Walter Reeves for my 1st case because I was a little bit short on his price. It ended up costing me in the long run. I couldnt get ahold of my lawyer and I never knew what was happening. I got Mr. Reeves and his office stayed in contact with me and was always nice i always felt so bad for bothering them but Brittany and Tawne always let me know it was okay and they were there with me. W hen it came time to go to court I didn't have to and Mr. Reeves got me a better deal then my last lawyer. i will be going back to him to have this off my record and move on with my life! thank you Mr. Reeves for everything. Ashley
Lots of attorneys talk about what they can do and in the end you wind up with a raw deal. Lots of attorneys are certified and hold licenses and don't know the first thing about representing... And trust me I've had those. But believe me when I tell you attorney Walter Reaves Jr. in my book is one of the best if not the best. Myke
